Positive: We liked the swimming pool and outdoor area and inside sitting areas. Bedrooms were nice but lighting not good - especially second ensuite room where there was no lighting by sliding door wardrobe. Bathrooms ok but same bedroom ensuite toilet roll holder fell off wall.

Negative: The bbq was unusable, rusty and dirty. Needs replacing. Barbecues are a big part of our holiday normally so we were a bit lost. Homerti promised to clean it but didn't. In kitchen there is only a hob - no oven. Microwave not good. It was hard cooking for 7 people for 9 nights on a hob!! The fridge needs replacing. Not cold enough - our milk kept going off. We had to shop every day. It smelt inside also. This was our first family holiday abroad for two years as our grandson has Leukemia. We were disappointed with villa overall and I feel we paid too much for it.
