Welcome to this majestic country house where 12 guests will enjoy a beautiful private pool with a garden and different corners to relax in Costitx.The impressive house stands in front of a beautiful pool and garden and stunning views of the island. Its water is chlorinated and it measures 9 x 5.5 meters while the depth ranges from 1 to 2.4 meters. Around you can bask in the sun on the 12 sun loungers and cool off with the outdoor shower. The house offers several porches, terraces and spacious green spaces to enjoy the good weather and there's also a mobile barbecue at your disposal. Children and adults will have a great time on the sports field at the back of the house. The property is fenced and privacy is total. The large two-storey house offers a classic style where we will also find more modern spaces. Upon entering, we have a large hall that leads to the different rooms. To start with, we have the large living room with sofas in which you can rest while some of you play pool. Then, you move on to the large fully equipped kitchen with a gas stove and a huge dining table that seats all guests, which is also a meeting space where you can socialise while cooking. Next, there is a bathroom with a shower that also can be accessed from outside. On the ground floor we find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twins, and both with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there is a second living room with dining area where you can watch the Smart TV and another kitchen with a gas hob. On this floor there are also 4 more bedrooms with twin beds each, 2 bathrooms with a shower, and a large terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful views. Finally, the house is equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing board, 2 cots and a high chair and 8 fans for hot days. Costitx, in the centre of the island, is the perfect starting point to discover Mallorca. The property is located in a rural environment not far from Costitx, where you will find basic services, but you can visit other nearby charming towns as Sineu, Ariany, Petra, etc. The closest beach is the one of Can Picafort, about 27 km away, but by car you can visit more fantastic beaches. The Tramuntana mountain range is not far away either and here you can breathe the fresh air of the oaks and the sea on the numerous routes for hiking and cycling.
