The spacious holiday home is located in the quiet village of Cala Pi - Vallgornera Nou, in southern Majorca. The south-facing house was built on a 1.600m² plot and is located just minutes from the idyllic sandy beach of the Cala Pi bay.
A large covered terrace (about 4x11 m), the large garden with plenty of sun loungers and the beautiful pool (about 5x12 m) invite you to relax.
On hot days you will feel very comfortable on the covered terrace with large dining table, as often times sweeps past a refreshing breeze.
On the ground floor the house offers a spacious living room with a large fully equipped kitchen and direct access to the large covered terrace, a bathroom and two bedrooms, each with private bath.
The large covered terrace has a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people.
On the top floor is situated the master bedroom with a large bathroom and access to a covered terrace with nice sea views plus another sun terrace.
The house has an oil central heating and is perfect for year-round use.
The property is in a quiet side street. From the location of the holiday home one can easily explore the area on foot or by bike. Along the coast and always with views of the sea, you can cycle to the famous natural beach Es Trenc.
Several restaurants and two small supermarkets are located just minutes away from the house.
Sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price.
