There is a naya stretching on 2 sides of the property and this provides casual seating and shaded dining areas. The location is on a headland at Javea (near Cabo La Nao) and a number of beaches are available nearby - including Granadella, local coves and the sandy Arenal at Javea.

Some reconstruction work on ground floor has provided a second en suite bathroom (provides a walk in shower, 2 person basins and toilet facilities) to the front bedroom. Also a new patio area for this bedroom now constructed to provide a peaceful sitting area. This work was completed last year.
