Guests have access to the entire home. The entire space, including backyard, is fully private. (We do have a closets locked for cleaner supplies.)
In order to receive the entry code for your stay:

- $300 refundable security deposit must be submitted. In some cases, the deposit will be automatically held on the card you used for your booking. In other cases, we may need to send you a link to place your security deposit.

We might be able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out depending on our cleaners' schedule for the day. We charge a $60 fee per pet, per 30 day period. This fee must paid before receiving the entry code. This fee is not for extra cleaning, damage, or pet waste pick up. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, including and especially pet wasted in the yard.
