Summary: Thanks to Steve and Wendy, the property was completely ready when we arrived (including toys for kids). The condo is large enough for 2 adults and 2 years old kid. The location is great - the Stimson Lake private beach is just across the road. The lake is beautiful. The neighbors are friendly. We also visited the Fox Park playground in Plymouth, and the Livermore Falls in Holderness (might be good for kids). The fireworks on July 3rd and 4th were very impressive (from 9 to 11 PM :) We'd definitely recommend Steve's and Wendy's property for vacation.
