Outside there is an 8x4 pool, several covered porches, chill out area, hammocks, Ottoman puffs, Binelli Argentine BBQ with height adjustable grill and covered gazebo. From most of the villa there are open views of the sea and the Peñon de Ifach.

There are 2 double beds and 3-6 single beds. The living room and all rooms in the house feature A /C /Vaillant heat pump, plus ceiling fans.
The property has WiFi with broadband internet connection.
The glass dining room has a wood-burning fireplace, Samsung 50"TV with access to the main streaming platforms and motor/remote awnings. There is unbeatable light and views of the ocean and Swon of Ifach.
The kitchen, open to the dining room, is fully equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, as well as all the kitchen utensils you may need. There is an osmosis system so you will not need to buy mineral water during your stay.
You will always find enough basic products so you don't have to buy anything while you settle in: coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, toiletries and cleaning.
There is private parking for one car at the entrance of the house and for several more cars on the access street.
If you come with small children or infants, no worries. We have a folding crib and high chairs that we will leave you at no additional cost. There are also toys, stuffed animals, and puzzles for smaller guests.
Bedding and one set of shower towels + hand towels per person are included in the price (except for special offers).
A small reservation is requested upon arrival that will be returned after check-out when checking out.

The villa is located on the border of Calpe with Benissa 1.5 km from the center of Calpe
You can walk to the Cala de les Basettes (4 minutes away) to the sandy beach of La Fustera (8 minutes away) and walk along the ecological route of Benissa (4 minutes away) to observe the botanical and geological characteristics of the coast, with beaches and coves. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. Mercadona, Lidl, Aldi and Consum are 5 minutes away by car.
Car is not a must, but it is good to move around the area and visit the multiple coves, beaches and restaurants nearby. But it is also possible to move by bike, either own or renting it in one of the shops near the property.
Calpe, 3 minutes and Moraira 10 minutes by car, offer plenty of restaurants and nightlife to enjoy unforgettable days next to the Mediterranean
