The detached villa is set over two levels. On the top level is the beautifully decorated lounge with sofas, TV, and air conditioning (to pay additionally).
The magnificent kitchen is off the living room and features all new modern appliances. It is very well equipped and has a fridge freezer, microwave, over/hob, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. The lounge patio doors lead to the outside dining terrace where you can enjoy eating al fresco whilst taking in the lovely sea view.
Off the main lounge area, up a couple of steps is the contemporary indoor dining room, with dining table for 6 people.
There is a second bathroom on this upper level.
On the lower floor are the 3 bedrooms . There are 2 king sized bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There is also a twin room with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning all bedrooms have their own TV's with independent systems.
There is also a luxurious bathroom, with climate control and even a radio for an extra long relaxing shower.
From this level you step out to the outside seating and pool patio. There is a lovely comfortable sofa area with electric controlled awning a perfect area to chill and relax or why not take a dip in the pool.
The pool has a good size of 7 x 4 meters and it is electrically heated during the winter months. And a depth of 1.4 meters
