There's a full kitchen at your disposal, full set of dishes, flatware, glasses, serving dishes and cookware to help you feel right at home. A washer and dryer are also available for your use and convenience.
Centrally located in a family oriented suburb of Mission Kansas less than 5 minutes away from Country Club Plaza, and a short uber ride to Westport, Downtown KC, Power and Light, T Mobile Center, Arrowhead/Kauffman Stadiums, and Union Station.
Guest Access:
The entire house is yours -- total privacy with dedicated, free, off-street driveway parking. The garage is not open for guest use at this time.

Located in the heart of all the action! Just minutes away from Country Club Plaza, Westport, Nelson-Atkins Museum, Art Institute and countless other attractions. In just minutes guests can get to Downtown KC, Crossroads, Union Station, Arrowhead/Kauffman Stadium, Sporting KC, Legends area allowing guests to get the most out of their stay!This property is perfect for your Kansas City getaway!
Getting Around:
The neighborhood is walkable. Most other areas require a short drive. Uber/Lyft is also very accessible. Easy to get to major roads and highways for day trips, etc. Our home is only minutes away from local attractions.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Please Indicate the exact numbers of the guests staying prior to booking.
Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 if these rules are violated.
This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We CANNOT/ WILL NOT HOST local guests without prior authorization or pre-approval. We have the right to decline/refuse a reservation if appropriate prescreening process is not completed.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
