• the berkey hotel pratunam is a 100% smoke-free property. this policy applies to all guest rooms and common areas to ensure a cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable environment for all our guests. for your convenience, a designated smoking area is available for those who wish to smoke, • a security deposit of thb 1,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure, • infant age between 0 - 4 years old will receive complimentary stay when sharing the existing bed with parents inclusive of breakfast when book room with breakfast basis., • children aged 0–11 years stay free when sharing an existing bed, however, breakfast will be charged at 250 thb per child for 5-11 years old child upon check-in directly with hotel. please note that 250 thb child breakfast is not included in the price paid to booking.com
