Summary: The temperature of the room was excellent to say it was 33 degrees through the day. The mattress was a little to soft and the pillows were too hard. We received one bath towel to share so we asked for more towels and did get them (late on the 2nd evening). There were 2 of us booked in so I would have thought 2 towels minimum! No hand towels just bath towels. There was no plug in the bath so we were restricted to showers only which as we were only there 4 nights we let it go! I think the reception staff could have been a little more friendly as we came and went and although the bedroom was spacious the bathroom was tiny and I did bang my knee on the sink getting out of the shower and tripped over the door stop, which was right in front of the toilet, twice!!
