This wonderful contemporary three-bedroom townhouse is located in the trendy and peaceful Jericho. The home is in a great location with some lovely restaurants and shops just around the corner. This large home has lots of light through the big windows.
This warm and welcoming home is equipped with a lot of contemporary furniture and appliances. Its location means it's close to many of Oxford's attractions, bars, shops and restaurants. The comfortable sitting room has a lot of light and is the home's central communal space. It comes with a large sofa, an armchair and a large TV. It's an ideal place to rewind after a day of exploring ancient Oxford. The dining room table is located next to the living room area and next to the home's kitchen in a bright open space. It'll fit you and all your guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need and ready for you to use it. The large bedrooms with extremely comfortable mattresses, offers the ideal place for a good night's sleep. One bedroom comes with a double bed and the other two feature bunk beds.. The bathroom is sizable, clean and neat and come with a bathtub. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there. From the living room guests will also have access to a private and big terrace, ideal to enjoy drinks or meals with family and friends during good weather.
You'll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with a key box, you'll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 10pm.

Right in the heart of Oxford only moments away from the Oxford University Natural History Museum, yet it feels like your far away from the hustle and bustle. The University Press, many Colleges, cafes, restaurants and bars & pubs are in walking distance and the homes is close to beautiful green spaces, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. The centre of Oxford is walking distance and you will be spoilt for choice where to look with Oxfords ancient heritage and beautiful academic buildings. You're also never too far from Oxford's great nightlife.
Given the location of the home, most of Oxford's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. You'll also be able to hail a taxi or use Uber to get around.
This home is located right in the middle of the city, so it's perfect if you want to enjoy the lively city centre. The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.
Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.
