When you walk in to have the open plan living and dining area with flat screen TV with all UK channels, amazon, netflix and just about anything you can think of and free WIFI. The fully fitted kitchen has all you can ask or to cater for the holiday. The living room has air conditioning for those hot days! There is a 20 foot long balcony off the living room which overlooks the central area of the plaza giving you the perfect seat in the plaza to see all of the headline concerts the plaza puts on, or just relax and sunbath! The master bedroom with double bed is spacious and has it's own entrance to the large balcony looking into the plaza. The second bedroom has two single beds and built in wardrobes. The apartment has a stunning walkin shower with special hand crafted tiles. The apartment is perfectly located especially on those music nights and if here in 2019 you could have had front row seats to Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers! Awesome! Being part of the Villamartin Plaza, you just walk downstairs into the plaza to a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5 star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Also during the summer the community puts on entertainment in the central plaza so step around the corner and watch with stars such as Leo Sayer, Ray Lewis of the Drifters, Rob Falsini, Foundations, Los Pacaminos ft Paul Young, Tony Christie, Andy Abraham, Paul Da Vinci, Ges Rogers Union Gap and in 2019 Les McKeown's Bay City Rollers on Tour and more. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks and doctor.
For the golfer the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minutes drive if not just next door. In the near proximity there is the Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well.
