Summary: Room was fairly clean, as far as motel rooms go. I liked how each room has its own unique decor - made it feel home-y. Parking is free, which is a plus compared to motels closer to the falls. The owners are great at accommodating special requests, like I mentioned a bar fridge with a freezer being important to me, and they made sure I got a room with a larger freezer. I would like to see a deadbolt added to the door for extra security, or one of those bars that flips across. In the room I stayed in, there's just a doorknob lock that you turn. I was there in late September with temps in the mid 20s. The provided fan was adequate. Don't know how it would be in July, as there's no air conditioner. Also, a box of Kleenex would be a nice touch to add to the room : ). But in most respects, a real decent place to stay!
