We strive to make this home as comfortable as possible. We stay there often and love the area. We have high-speed internet available for our guests. This home has an open floorplan on the top level with 1 King Bedroom, 1 Queen Bedroom, a kitchen, and a full bath. The bottom level has 1 bedroom with a king bed, a Full bathroom, a small sitting area, board games, puzzles, and an internet TV with PS3 and Wii but you bring your own games. There is a double recliner downstairs. Upstairs has plenty of seating areas with a couch, chairs, and 2 recliners. There is a large 6-person dining table as well. The home has a huge movie collection for a fun movie night with popcorn. Upgraded refrigerator with water and ice in the door. This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. This home has a well-equipped kitchen including a crockpot and instant pot. Please note this home has older plumbing so no paper products can be flushed in the toilet including toilet paper. We don't like it but it would cost thousands to upgrade so we live with it. If it offends you to put paper in the trash can provided this may not be the home for you. The home features decks on both ends of the home as well as a large patio area with seating. There is a circle driveway but one side is steep. We do decorate for the holidays. We hope you will stay with us and enjoy our home as much as we do. Grand Rivers has so many great activities and places to eat including Miss Patti's. There is boating, swimming, hiking, biking, and many other outdoor activities close by.
