Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The flat was clean,comfortable, quiet and overall everygood.The room was clean and comfortable. We had all the things we needed for the stay. The bathroom and kitchen was clean and good. All the facilities was 8 out of 10.

Negative: The waste bin was not empty and was overflowing the first day and its was right infront of the entrance. The first impression we got till we entered the property was not the best. This is due to the waste bin being at the entrance and waste bin overflowing making the property look cheap. We didn't wish to see the sight of a waste bin overflowing on the first day of stay. The second issue , that we found was leaving the vehicle outside the property. This is beacuse it could lead to the car being stolen and other drivers accidentally hitting our car parked on the pavement. If there was an inside parking option ,it would have been better. This way it reduces the chance of our car being stolen and .It was hard to use the cooking range as there was no instruction provided. Adding instructions would have made the use of the cooking range much easier. The instructions given on the shower was faulty. It would have been better if the instructions for the hot and cold water wasn't the opposite.
