This room has air conditioning and is the ideal area to relax watching satellite TV or reading a good book. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools and provides you with everything you need to prepare any dish you intend to, including electric stove. The laundry area is in the kitchen and it gives you access to 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. There are a total of 3 bedrooms in this property, 1 with 1 double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds. 2 of the bedrooms have wardrobes. There is 1 crib for the youngest members of the house. The house is located in Muro, but is only 6km away from the tourist area of Can Picafort. In Can Picafort there is a market every Friday morning, where you can access many local products. This property is located within walking distance of the public estate of Son Real, where you can visit the dunes, streams, take a stroll through its typical Mediterranean vegetation and visit the archaeological ruins. In this area of the island of Mallorca you have access to many services and entertainment both during the day and at night. There are also beautiful fine white sand beaches where you can practice a variety of water sports such as windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skis, boat trips or rent all kinds of vehicles.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
