This adorable beach cottage is very popular and perfectly located at Pirates Beach!The upstairs of the home features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a family room with a sleeper sofa, a breakfast nook, and a kitchen upstairs. Open concept floor plan with lots of windows and perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. In the downstairs studio, there is a bunk room,1/2 bath, and washer/dryer. There is an outside shower for rinsing after the beach. (Stairs are required for access to home, NO ELEVATOR!)
The main bathroom has been updated recently and offers a stand-alone shower. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, an electric stove/oven, and prep space for preparing beach picnics and family get-togethers! The home features a large fenced-in yard, perfect for you and your pet. Two blocks by foot or golf cart ride to the beach or local stores.
