Cosy apartment in the Empuriabrava urbanisation. It is a 5-minute walk from the beach and 10 minutes from the tourist centre. It has a view of the Empuriabrava canals and has good ventilation thanks to its two terraces located on both sides of the apartment.

The Space:
The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. Upon entering the apartment, you will see on your right hand an open kitchen to the dining room, with an American bar and equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, oven and washing machine. The dining room, spacious, with a table for 4 people, two armchairs (one of them does massages) and a sofa. The wide access to the terrace from the dining room gives a very good lighting to the interior of the apartment.
On the same floor there are two bedrooms, the first is double, with access to a small terrace, and the second has two single beds with access to the terrace that connects to the dining room from the outside. This terrace has a table to enjoy breakfast outside. Finally, a complete bathroom with shower.

Empuriabrava is the exclusive residential marina in the municipality of Castelló d'Empúries. Cancellation and collection policy:
When making your reservation, you will be charged €3 to check the card and to cover the management costs in case of cancellation. If it is not canceled, these €3 will become part of the total payment of the reservation. If you cancel before 14 days for your registration, you will only be charged the €3 administration costs.
14 days before your registration, you will be charged 50% of the value of the reservation, which will not be refunded (of this first payment) if you cancel between days 14 and 7 before your registration.
7 days before your registration, the remaining 50% of the total value of the reservation will be charged. If you cancel in the period between 7 days and the same day of registration, the total value of the reservation will not be refunded.
