The space

The downstairs office can be converted to a bedroom for handicap accessibility on request. Upstairs features a dedicated exercise room with padded floors and full body workout equipment (bow flex).
The spacious Master Bedroom features vaulted ceiling, large walk-in closet, outdoor furnished patio for beautiful mountain views over the pool, and large soaking tub made for relaxing. ☺️
Dining table is next to the kitchen and comfortably seats 6, while peering through the double sided fireplace into the living room with panoramic windows to enjoy the front yard roses 🌹, bring in the sunshine, and view of our numerous plants & trees.
Extra fees:
If you decide to heat the pool, there is a $35 per day (let us know in advance), there is no extra cost for the spa.
House rules:
1. Please, no parties, loud music, or events at the property. This is a quiet community, and we want to be respectful of our neighbors.
2. No smoking in the house, outdoor only allowed.
3. Take the garbage and recycling bins in front of the house every Tuesday night for early Wednesday mornings for pick up. We would really appreciate if you maintain the house clean!
