Welcome to your holiday oasis on the Mediterranean coast.
Villa Arenja is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the urbanisation La Sella and offers a fantastic view over Denia, the coast and on clear days all the way to Valencia.
The upper unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is ensuite). Stairs lead down to the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic glass hob) and dining area. Half a floor further down is then the living room with picture window and a fireplace for the cooler days of the year.
Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.
By the 4mx8m pool is also a small outdoor kitchen (induction cooker) with a brick barbecue. The unobstructed view of the coast can be fully enjoyed from both the sun loungers and the terrace table. In addition to an outdoor shower right next to the pool, you also have access to a small toilet and the washing machine.
The lower living unit is located below the pool and can be reached via an external staircase. Here are three more bedrooms. One of them is a passage to the bathroom on the upper floor and on the lower floor, in addition to the large "suite", there is a bathroom with shower, which allows you to enjoy the wonderful view even while showering.
The suite has a small kitchenette and large panoramic doors to the private terrace and a small seating area.
The beds in the suite and the two bedrooms in the lower part of the house are all double beds (1.80mx2.00m). In the upstairs flat there are two double beds (each 1.60mx1.90m) and two single beds 0.90mx2.00m.
The rental price includes an electricity consumption according to rental contract. An additional consumption will be billed separately.
A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made.
There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price. The laundry costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.
From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.
