Positive: The villa was in a great location, close to all amenities - shops, bus stop, restaurants. The pool was fantastic even though it was small, it was perfect for our family of 4. The villa had everything we needed, we couldn’t have asked for more. The owner was lovely and helped us when we needed him. We loved going on the bus to The Old Town and Puerto Pollensa, great beach and great food in The Old Town.

Negative: This is more observations than criticism, we were unsure how to use the downstairs shower but the upstairs shower worked perfect so we didn’t need the downstairs one. Several tiles became loose in the pool so we put them to the side, again nothing to spoil the villa. We had an emergency with the water pump causing a flood downstairs, fortunately we were in and manage to turn off the water tap. The owner was great and arrived within 20 minutes and sorted everything out for us. However, if we were out of the villa it could have been a lot worse.

Summary: We had an absolutely beautiful holiday at Villa Ariel. It was perfect for us.
