From the living room there is access to the dining room with large dining table and to the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and plates and bowls. On this floor there are also two beautiful bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a large double bed, an en-suite bathroom and access to a private balcony with stunning views down the valley. The second bedroom has two single beds and is located next to a bathroom with a shower. The living room windows open into a glazed Naya, beautiful to capture the summer sun which in turn opens onto a wonderful terrace overlooking the green valley and the pool.
A staircase takes you down to a further 3 double bedrooms , one being en-suite, and a further house bathroom. All 3 bedrooms on this level have direct access via patio doors to the pool terrace with a nice covered relaxation area with sofas that has direct access to the pool.

It is located in an ideal area for children and next to the sea.
