Modern construction, with spacious rooms and wooden floors, very bright and warm the house has capacity for 10 people and consists of two separate homes that allows two families to enjoy comfort and privacy.
On the ground floor, the house is distributed in a spacious lounge of 60 meters with modern kitchen-dining room with large windows that fill it with light and give access to the garden. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, nespresso machine, fridge with freezer, and toaster.
Also on the ground floor we find a double room of 15 meters with a large window and access to the garden, two double bedrooms, one of them with a single bed and a large bathroom. This space is semi-adapted for people with disabilities.
The first floor with independent access is distributed in a spacious, bright and modern living room with fireplace from which we can access a large terrace with beautiful views and the sea in the background.

The exterior consists of a beautiful garden with wooden decking area in which we find a pergola, relaxation area with chill-out furniture, pool and spectacular open views with the sea in the background.
The property has a parking area for vehicles, a large garden and is located in the highest area of the town of Vall.llobrega, which makes it very private and quiet, and allows you to have a spectacular view.
Vall.llobrega is a small town, and very quiet, and only 3 km away you will have one of the most exclusive beaches of Baix Emporda Playa del Castell.
15 minutes from the house, Platja de aro, the city with the largest range of leisure activities in the area. Cinemas, all kinds of restaurants, water park, children's park, shopping, complete a wide range of entertainment.
