Positive: From the get go everything was super smooth! They made a massive effort to accommodate all the activities I wanted to get in. The lodge is part of a very cute riverside community which you can safely walk around and explore and everyone is friendly. My translator Sofia was excellent and very friendly, she had a good local knowledge and I really enjoyed learning more through her. Also the food was excellent.
