Summary: A beautiful house and location. As other reviews state- the online pictures of the view are not even close to how beautiful it is in person. The log cabin feel is what you want in the woods but this one is without the log cabin creepiness- it has high end fixings and appliances, well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, wonderful and well maintained hot tub. We had three generations staying here and it worked very well. I’ve stayed at a lot of Vrbo’s over the years and I have to say this one had by far the best host communication. I received all house information a week in advance- it was absolutely thorough and helpful. And the host was very prompt with communication and messaged after check in to make sure all was well. The cabin is a quick drive to the beach (dog friendly!) or wonderful restaurants and shops in many towns especially Fishtown and Glen Arbor. So many trails nearby to enjoy- all with parking areas making it easy to enjoy. Our stay was late summer but being in the middle of the woods would give a different experience with each season. Would love to experience all the seasons here.
