Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Summary: This is a great home to being with family, friends and kids. We enjoyed very much. It's a wonderful quite neighborhood. Beach very close and the house is exactly as the photo.
