Welcome to the Montecito house or “little mountain” house. This property is located in old town, Scottsdale, where you can find shopping, nightlife, golfing, hiking and so much more. Whether you are traveling with the family or here for a fun weekend with your friends we have the home for you.

The space
Our home is located in the heart of Scottsdale just far enough off the loop 101 to have peace and quiet with the convenience to zip around with ease. This home is about a fifteen minute drive from the Sky Harbor Airport. Once you get settled in the activities are endless. Scottsdale fashion square is about 2 miles up the street not to mention the countless places to dine or stock up on groceries. If the night life is more your scene we are 2 miles from old town where you will find the night clubs and 4 miles to the casino. Perhaps the outdoors are calling your name we are only 4 miles from camelback mountain and a stones throw from a golf course.

Around this home you will see some QR codes that will take you to local trailheads and other adventures. Each room has its own mountain to explore. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a dedicated laundry room. This property also has a beautiful putting green and plenty of space to relax by the fire pit.

The front door has a pin pad to get into the house. We will send the code upon checking in.

This property is pet friendly. We have designated dog dishes, blankets and a pet bed. Please keep pets off the beds and sofa. Also there are doggie bags and a scooper to pick up after your furry friends. We do charge a pet fee of 50 dollars per pet.

Our kitchen is stocked with basic appliances, cookware and a Keurig machine. We will provide a few pods to get you started on your stay. There is ample counter-space to setup a work from home area or create a buffet for the family. We also have a gorgeous dining table currently setup for four but there is a leaf in the laundry room for game night or hosting family dinner.

The living room and all the bedrooms are set up with smart TVs just login to your favorite apps and relax. There are also some games and cards stocked in the bookshelves.

In the bathrooms you will find the essentials. For anyone that wears makeup there are designated towels stocked in the bathrooms. If additional towels are needed they are in the guest bathroom cabinet.

There are a few things to know about the bedrooms. In the primary room you will find a queen bed. The lamps have outlets for charging electronics. The first guest room has a queen bed and a blow up twin bed in the chest. Also the lamps have usb ports for charging. In the last room you will find two twin beds and a bassinet under one of the beds if you are traveling with a baby.

Our laundry room is located right off the patio. There are some Tide pods to start a few loads of laundry. The putters for the green and the corn hole tables are stored in here as well.

When using the fire pit and the barbecue please be sure to turn off the propane tanks and cover them up after they have cooled down. We do have barbecue utensils in the kitchen cabinet closest to the sliding glass door.

Guest access
The only area at this home that guests don’t have access to is the garage. 

There is a utility closet in the hallway that has household cleaning products.
