Welcome to this spacious and beautifully finished 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom West Town condo, which covers the top two floors of the building. The condo enjoys multiple balconies and great views of the Chicago skyline. The open concept kitchen, dining area, and living room is the ideal layout for larger groups. The condo comfortably fits groups of 12 and the location is convenient to public transportation, downtown, and other popular neighborhoods including Wicker Park and River North. The Space: This condo is a third floor walk up that covers the top two floors of the building. The layout is spacious and the finishes are luxurious. Upon entering the condo you will be greeted by lots of natural light, high ceilings, and beautiful wood floors. The main floor features the living room, dining room, and remodeled kitchen in an open concept layout, which is perfect for groups wanting to spend time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef needs to prepare a meal and has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with three barstool seats. The kitchen table has seating for six and the living room has a comfortable sectional sofa, flat screen TV, and a gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms on the main floor of the condo located down a hallway and removed from the kitchen and living room. The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a pair of twin beds and a private balcony with a sliding glass door that lets in plenty of natural light. There is a bathroom located between the two bedrooms that has a shower/tub. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer on this floor. There are two staircases that lead you to the two bedrooms on the upper level of the condo. The master bedroom is a magnificent space and has a king bed, a private balcony with sliding glass doors, and two walk-in closets. The master has an en suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity. The last bedroom is down the hallway from the master bedroom and has a queen bed, gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom has a powder room and a private balcony with incredible views of the Chicago skyline. Please note, this bedroom does not have a door, but there is a divider that provides privacy. There is one parking space located in the garage behind the condo building. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the condo, the private balconies, and one parking space. You will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before your arrival through the booking platforms app or email. Interaction with Guests: We are available as much or as little as you would like. We live nearby so we keep a pretty close eye on the property but we respect our guests' privacy. The Neighborhood: West Town is a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles west of downtown Chicago. This condo is perfect for groups who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown while still having quick and convenient access to everything Chicago has to offer. The house is 10 minutes away from Wicker Park, the United Center, River North, and the Loop. Getting Around: There's a Blue Line subway station about a 10 minute walk away, at the intersection of Milwaukee and Chicago Ave. The Blue Line runs all the way from O'Hare Airport to downtown so guests without a vehicle can rely on public transportation. If you choose to bring a vehicle with you, we're just a few minutes from the interstate. We also have a garage spot available in the rear of the building for our guests to use.
