Located on the ground floor of a two-storey building, on a pedestrian street and with sea views, the apartment boasts a great porch surrounded by beautiful Mallorcan stone where you can enjoy a great breakfast or a delicious meal alfresco feeling the sea breeze after a long day at the rocky beach only a few steps away. When coming back, you have an exterior shower in case you want to wash off the salt before entering the house. Inside, you find a great living room with AC where you can relax on the sofa watching the Smart-TV or listening to a CD; a spacious dining kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave and much more; an independent laundry room with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board; a bathroom with a tub; and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, closet and space for a baby cot and a high chair and the other with a single bed and a dresser for the clothes.Es Barcarés is a quiet summer location belonging to Alcudia, where despite of the little services, it still is a privileged area thanks to the rocky and sandy beach of Morer Vermell nearby and the only restaurant of this urbanisation next to.
