The urbanization is only 20 minutes drive from the city of Palma and 10 minutes from the airport, it is recommended to have vehicle to move around the island.

The price includes water costs, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. Electricity costs are not included in the price and have a charge of 0.35€/kw. The counter will be read on check in day and check out day. The price does include 200kw. After 200kw the electricity will be charged by 0.35€/kw
