Recently renovated 3-bedroom, fully-equipped apartment with a wonderful location in the best neighbourhood of the city, in the Salamanca district, with all the services available for a perfect stay in Madrid.

Located in the third floor of a building with elevator, with nice views of the main street from the living room, it has great luminosity. The bedrooms offer silence and tranquillity, away from the noise of the streets.

It has a very luminous living room with a wide seating area, a flat screen smart TV with internet connection, a nice balcony terrace, an open fully-equipped kitchen with high seating area, and a dining area.
