It features real wooden floor all over its surface and extends over 3 floors offering: a lush garden, a pleasant living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a beautiful solid wood table to accommodate everyone in the center of the room, an adjoining dining area in the covered terrace overlooking the swimming-pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. It may accommodate up to 8+1 persons. The child-friendly holiday home's amenities also include Wi-fi, satellite Tv, a baby cot, a children's bed and a highchair. Outside, you will find a huge covered terrace with sofa and chairs and a dining area. Loungers invite you to relax on hot summer days, as well as in the turquoise water pool, immersed in the lush gardens of the property. Just 3 minutes walking and you are directly at the beach of Calo de Sant Antoni and the Nautical Club. In front of the house n.23 bus takes directly to downtown Palma, some 35 minutes drive.

The Villa is located on the Bay of Palma, 250 meters from a shopping center with all services and at walking distance from S'arenal strewn with all kinds of bars, shops, restaurants .It remains immersed in the residential area of Son Veri, some 15 Kilometers from the center of Palma, dotted with villas and gardens and very close to the Nautical Club, where you can practice water sports and rent boats.
In front of the house n.23 bus takes directly to downtown Palma, some 35 minutes drive. Beautiful coves and small beaches dot the rocky coast that flanks the area, ideal for hiking and for a day out discovering hidden corners of the Bay.
According to the local law:
- every person staying in May up to October included, must pay a tourism fee of 2 eu/day
- every person staying in November up to April included, must pay a tourism fee of 0,50 eu/day. Please prepare the exact overall money due according to all the persons involved in your booking and be ready to hand it at your arrival. No change is foreseen.
- Air Conditioned is provided only in the bedrooms. The price of your staying in winter and summer season includes the usage of 450 Kw/week, every extra Kw is charged 0,30 eu to be discounted from your deposit or paid by cash/bank transfer.
- We provide a huge safe in the master room, to make you feel more comfortable when you are not at home
Dear Guest, I am very eager to welcome you soon :-) In the meantime I need to remind you that this property is immersed in a super quiet residential area and no loud music, parties, general disorder is allowed and is strictly forbidden. I really wish you a super nice holiday, but trying to safeguard the quietness of the place :-) In the event of any infringement, the damage deposit will be retained to compensate the problems caused.

Only for families or adults people. No smoking inside. Parties or events are strictly forbidden.
Pets are allowed, upon previous agreement.
You will take care of the quietness of the vicinity as if it was your own house. Mainly from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. and from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., avoid loud music, loud noise. I am far
from forbid you from enjoying your holidays but I must warn you this is not a house for wild stuff. In case of complaints due to uncivilized behaviour or vandalism in the private or public property, you will be forced to leave the property and your deposit may be withheld as compensation for the annoyance caused.
Tourism Tax: According to the local laws:
- every person staying in May up to October included, must pay a tourism fee of €2/day
- every person staying in November up to April included, must pay a tourism fee of €0,50/day
Children under 16 are exempt.
