The holiday home has a living space of 90 m² and is divided into three double bedrooms with brick double beds, two en suite bathrooms and a cosy living room with an open-plan kitchen. Each bedroom welcomes you with individual rustic charm and accompanies you into a restful sleep in the 180 cm x 200 cm double bed. High-quality wooden ceilings and floors and a warm interior design create a cosy atmosphere. Spacious wall cupboards offer plenty of storage space for your travelling wardrobe. The third bedroom also offers direct access to the outdoors via a patio door. The two bathrooms also enchant with an oriental touch thanks to their individual and warm design - equipped with brick-built round showers and exclusive washbasins, they are also decorated in Mediterranean colours. One of the bathrooms also has a washing machine. While one bathroom is directly adjacent to the first bedroom, the second bathroom can be accessed from the second and third bedrooms. The centrepiece of the house is the beautiful rustic living area with cosy seating. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a four-zone ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher. There is a large round dining table that seats up to six guests comfortably on the upholstered rattan chairs with armrests for a home-cooked meal. At the same time, the landlords have made sure that you are spoilt with the latest technical comforts. The lounge and all bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs with Smart TV function. You can receive German and international programmes and have internet access. There are also several music systems with CD/DVD, radio, MP3 and inputs for iPod, iPhone and USB.
