Summary: Ended up with room on 2nd floor and no elevator. Room very hot despite thermastat shut off and 24 degrees outside. TV did not work and told to just unplug cable box to let it cool down and plug back in and it should work. It still did not work. Minimal supplies in room such as kleenex, towels despite staying for 2 nights.
