Positive: We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and we were very happy to find out that we had been given a room on the top floor. :-) The staff who checked us in were absolutely lovely and friendly, as were all the staff we encountered, from the whole reception team to the bar staff. When getting into the apartment we found it very comfortable with a large balcony with enough room for 4 chairs and a table. The view was absolutely perfect! There was a small kitchenette area, which was quite well equipped with saucepans and cooking utensils. The cleaners also do a fantastic job and there was not a speck of dirt or dust anywhere! There is a fairly good size supermarket just over the road which was very convenient. The TV was very good, with a lot of different channels in various languages which was a nice surprise. The pool area was lovely, as well as the bar area surrounding it.

Negative: There was a little bit of noise from the road below which could be distracting when buses went by. Also, depending on what neighbours you have, you might be able to hear them through the walls. We mostly had quite quiet people, but one evening from about 6pm-9pm all we could hear was banging of a child running up and down their apartment and people dragging furniture around and coughing until the early hours.
