This cozy apartment has been completely renovated and is ready to accommodate up to 5 guests. Just a one-minute walk from Santo Tomás beach, it offers unbeatable sea views from its spacious balcony — perfect for relaxing at any time of day.
It has three bedrooms: two doubles with 90 cm single beds and one single room. All are equipped with ceiling fans, as is the living room. For easy use, each fan remote is marked with a color: blue for the living room, yellow for bedroom 1, green for bedroom 2, and red for the single room.
The bright and comfortable living-dining area includes a fully equipped open kitchen, allowing you to enjoy sea views even while cooking.
The shared pool is equipped with sun loungers and is usually very quiet — ideal after a day at the beach.
The location is exceptional: just below the apartment there’s a great restaurant if you don’t feel like cooking, along with a nearby café and supermarket. A large public parking lot is just steps away, with electric car charging stations.
The apartment was designed with an eco-friendly approach, taking advantage of its elevated position to enjoy constant natural ventilation. Reservations of 14 nights or more:include a full cleaning and change of bed linen and towels at mid-stay.
Reservation confirmation:A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking. For reservations made through other platforms, we will contact you to arrange this payment.
Final payment:The remaining balance must be paid at least 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations:If the reservation is canceled within the refundable period, payments made by bank transfer will be fully refunded. For payments made by credit card, bank fees will be deducted from the refund.

Outdoor showers:Please use the outdoor showers to remove sand before entering the house. Indoor showers are not intended for this purpose.
