Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The hotel has an impressive lobby. The decoration is clean and contemporary. It seems to be brand new. Location is good, easy to walk to several commercial interesting points in Bilbao.

Negative: It was a bit disappointing that a so posh hotel has no counter on the sink in the bathroom. Please take into consideration that most people traveling brings many toiletries. Where should we leave them? The best place would be in the bathroom, but there were no place to put them. Close to the desk, there is an outlet. However, it is not possible to use it, because the furniture is in blocking part of it. And it is not possible to move the desk.

Summary: New, with clean and contemporary design.
