Summary: Spent a weekend in Artesia to visit my little brother and it was such a relief to be able to find a last minute hotel like the Comfort Inn!
Walking in I immediately was drawn to the decor and then when we met the Front Desk Receptionist, Amanda, I was so happy. My husband is a man of a few words but he felt comfortable and enjoyed the conversation we had with Amanda! She was so sweet and relatable. It felt so good having that amazing interaction and the room location was also amazing. We had the pool all to ourselves for about an hour. The pool room was very clean, stocked with towels, and very neat.
Our room was clean, fully stocked, and just what we were looking for. We slept so well, even better than we did at the Air B&B we had the previous few nights!
But what really just completely caught me off guard and left us in awe, was the Breakfast Buffet Bar!!! That was honestly the BEST breakfast we've ever had at a hotel! I can definitely say that we will be back and we made sure to add this specific hotel in Artesia, NM to our Favorites on our Google maps!!

Summary: Nice staff, decent location, clean.
However, we choose this facility because of the indoor pool which WAS NOT available.
It would have been nice to be notified or have our price reduced for the inconvenience.
It was 95* and a pool would have been refreshing.

Summary: Really nice stay.. if anything the fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy.. ended up taking a lamp and put it in the bathroom so didn't have to turn on the fan to see..
While we were there the pool was shut down for service but it did look nice ..
Otherwise, on site restaurant had good food. Breakfast came with room.. 👍👍

Summary: The room served its purpose for a 1 night stay. The pool was unavailable and the pictures shown are definitely enhanced. Kudos to the cleaners, they did a great job in the aged property.

Summary: Everything was good except the pool was out of commission and had been for at least three months the staff said. That is the reason we chose this hotel, wish it would have said that somewhere on their website!
