Summary: Staff was very friendly, breakfast was okay, the young girl working the breakfast was super nice and very attentive. The room and hallway was freezing when we got there. Just started to fall asleep and started hearing water running, checked the bathroom and it was getting flooded from water from above us. Called front desk to let them know. Within 10 minutes they found the problem, a pipe froze on the top floor and burst. They quickly moved us to an upgraded room. Other than the flooding issue I would stay there again. The staff responded quickly.
