Summary: I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub and when we got there, there was a sign posted that the hot tub was out of service. Was VERY disappointed! Went to the front desk around 9pm to request more toilet paper and after waiting 10 minutes no one came to the desk even after ringing the bell many times. Breakfast was very poor! We got down there at 9am and nothing was left in the donut / bread box and the pancake maker was out of order! The eggs were also dried out and rubbery. Not sure we will ever stay here again! Not worth the money we spent for a family get away!!!
