Summary: Problem checking in thought it was due name issue but had problems getting towels for four people that was listed on checkin no at desk, ice machine broke and was sitting talking with family in lobby waiting on kids to come out and manager told me time to check out at 10:45 inn was not full this is not the same friendly people when we stayed couple of years before.
