Just meters from the beautiful, sandy Casablanca Beach and set in the heart of Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile, Casa Julieta is a wonderful five-bedroom townhouse offering elegant accommodation for up to nine guests.
Please note: Marbellamar is a tranquil, residential area made up of stylish townhouses in a prime location. Out of respect for our neighbours, Casa Julieta is not suitable for stag or hen groups or guests planning to host loud gatherings. We kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours and maintain a peaceful atmosphere, particularly in the communal areas.
This charming townhouse has been meticulously renovated by the current owners to provide stunning, spacious, and exceptionally well-appointed accommodation across three floors. The lounge and separate dining area are both luxurious and inviting, with French doors opening onto a private terrace furnished with a comfortable seating area, outdoor dining table, and BBQ. The terrace can be fully covered when shade is desired, creating a versatile space for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with every modern convenience, including a Nespresso coffee machine.
Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower, which also serves as a guest cloakroom.
The first floor features a grand master bedroom with a separate dressing area and an en-suite shower room. On this level, there are two additional spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms that share a large and elegant family shower room.
The upper level offers a further double guest bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional living room with a kitchenette, providing access to the roof terrace. From here, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the beach and sea, as well as a delightful dining area perfect for alfresco meals.
Casa Julieta’s location is perfect for enjoying all that Marbella has to offer. Within easy walking distance along the Paseo Marítimo (the beach promenade) are the port and the old town of Marbella, with its traditional bars and restaurants, while to the west lies the world-famous Marbella Club. A little further on is the Puente Romano Hotel and Spa, arguably the most fashionable destination in Marbella — ideal for relaxing in luxury or mingling with the rich and famous. Puerto Banús, with its glamorous boutiques, superyachts, and vibrant nightlife, is just a short distance beyond.
There is no need for a car at Casa Julieta. Dozens of excellent restaurants and bars are within a five-minute walk of the front door, including three of the finest on the coast within 500 metres. Four supermarkets are located within a seven-minute walk, and guests are truly spoilt for choice when it comes to local amenities.
For those seeking more active leisure pursuits, Marbella offers a wealth of options — from water sports, cable skiing, parasailing, wind and kite surfing, and dolphin safaris to horse riding and world-class golf at one of the many superb courses along the coast. Guests at Casa Julieta also have access to the private community swimming pool (open in the warmer months) and the tennis and padel courts.
