Summary: Friendly staff, clean room, firm bed (perfect for me, too firm for my roommate) amazing showerhead! Close to a metro station and Retiro park. Good breakfast with excellent variety. Lost 1 star as some of the items looked as if they'd been out for a while, and there was no gym.
