Summary: Expensive area and this property was very expensive to stay at. We expected more. Huge window AC units taking up space in the rooms, no daily housekeeping (our towels were soaked from daily use after 4 days and from use at the pool), we ran out of washcloths, the pool radio played outside our room until 1am (we had to ask several times for it to be turned off and it was turned back on before 8am), all the ice machines were broken. Our shower leaked all over all bathroom floor. None of our locks in our suite worked. We had no spots to put our suitcases. Ok yes it was a nice area and yes the pool is nice. Would I stay here again? No.
