Positive: Staff was pleasant, and the hotel was clean

Negative: Bad location, too much noise from the highway. Also, I could not get a receipt for my stay.. I was told that since I went through a 3rd party app, they could not print or email me a receipt. I did not have this problem with my stay at Best Western
