Summary: The room wasn't totally cleaned. I found a bottle of opened water and a candy bar sitting in the chair which looked like someone spilled something on it. I found the downs blanket (without a cover...just the white part) was dirty. The pool area was cold. The pool itself had bugs floating in it. I skimmed the pool myself!!!
