Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff are always nice and welcoming and polite a majority of the rooms are warm and comfortable with nice facilities and they are great value for money

Negative: Normally when I stay at the consort hotel if available I can stay in the usual same rooms But on this occasion I was put in room 117 it wasn't great the shower did not work and the bed was very uncomfortable I did not sleep very well.
