Summary: I paid for a 2 queen bedroom online because the hotel said that’s all they had. When I got there, they put me in a small 1 bedroom. I stayed there for 4 nights. Not once did they come to clean the room, replace towels, toilet paper or even soap. Only 1 small soap bar and 1 toilet paper roll for 4 days. Also the bed was so hard, I woke up constantly with lower back pain. Literally the worst bed I have ever slept in. On the positive side, there was no bugs. Spending hundreds and to get no service is a bit much. I don’t recommend and will not stay there again.
