Summary: Staff was friendly. Asked for the current rate that was lower than our reserved rate, but the front desk attendant said he couldn't lower the charge since we booked through a third-party site. Had a different hotel give us the discount difference without asking, so I know he wasn't being honest. Room was very spacious and comfortable, and the hot water in the shower was HOT!
